1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit choosenovadigital.com, book a call, text with us, or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We run a small business, and we keep this simple: we collect what we need to talk with you and serve you, and nothing more.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our forms, call, email, or text us, you may give us your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business, a description of your needs, and your preferred time to be reached. If you become a client, we also collect the business information needed to do the work, such as website access, account details for tools we manage with your permission, and billing information.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information. If you pay us, payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule and hold your call
• To send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your inquiry
• To deliver the services you hire us for, and to bill you
• To understand how our site is used and to improve it
• To send you emails about Nova, if you have asked for them, with an unsubscribe option in every message
• To protect our business and meet legal obligations

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Nova Digital Solutions about your inquiry, such as confirmations, scheduling, and follow-up related to your request.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book a call or work with us without agreeing to texts.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or email mike@choosenovadigital.com.
• We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected for text messaging is used only to communicate with you about your inquiry and our services. It is shared only with the service providers that help us send those messages, and only as needed to send them.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers that help us operate, under limits on how they may use it. These fall in the following categories: website hosting; form and booking tools; automation and messaging services; email service providers; customer relationship, spreadsheet, and file storage tools; analytics providers; and payment processors.
• Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to a lawful request or protecting our rights.
• A business transfer, such as a sale or merger of our business, in which case the information would remain protected by this policy or a successor policy.
• With your direction, such as when you ask us to connect with one of your vendors or accounts.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If we add advertising pixels in the future, we will update this section and our cookie notice.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, serve you as a client, and meet legal, tax, and accounting needs. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP at any time.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email mike@choosenovadigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are for businesses, and our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
