Nova's founder, Mike Schoenecker, is the fourth generation of his family to own and run a small business. He grew up in the family company, learning early that people do business with people they trust.
He built a career on that idea as a bank manager, financial advisor, and private client relationship manager, helping families and owners make big decisions with their money. Then he went out on his own, ran his own business, and wore every hat at once. He learned the hard way that doing it all yourself is a ceiling, not a strategy.
